目的探讨睑板腺功能障碍(MGD)性干眼症的病因与临床治疗方法.方法回顾分析2011～2012年在深圳市眼科医院门诊诊治的MGD患者60例,通过清洁睑缘,睑板腺按摩、玻璃棒挤压睑板、热敷、泪点栓植入及局部用药等综合方法进行治疗.结果 40例干眼症病例治愈,15例缓解,2例无效,3例失访.总有效率96.5％.结论睑板腺功能障碍是干眼症的重要成因,应从其病因着手对眼部进行综合治疗,通畅睑板腺导管,使睑板腺分泌功能恢复,稳定、修复泪膜,从而达到治疗干眼症的日的.

Objective To study the causes and treatment of dry eye syndrome caused by Meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD).Methods The clinical data of dry eye syndrome caused by (MGD)from 2011 to 2012 in Shenzhen Eye Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were comprehensively treated by eyelid rims cleaning,Meibomian gland massages,hot packing eyelid and topical drugs and lacrimal point plug.Results Of 60 patients,there were 38 patients cured,16 cases improved,and only 3 cases no response.The total effective rate was 95％.Conclusions Meibomian gland dysfunction is one of the main causes of dry eye.Therefore,the comprehensive treatment should be applied from the causes,So promoting Meibomian gland secretion,making Meibomian gland duct unblocked will be beneficial to the stabilization of tear film and remission of dry eye syndrome.
