安阳市小城镇及农村地区的食品安全问题是我市建设社会主义新农村的重要方面。但当前我市农村食品安全还存在管理盲区和隐患。要结合安阳实际，引导我市农村消费者提高安全意识，有计划、分层次地建立食品安全保障监控网络，建立农村食品的安全信息网络，推行农村食品加工、经营等方面诚信承诺机制，加强对群体聚餐食品安全的引导和监测，杜绝劣质食品的市场需求，有效保护农民群众身体健康。

Strengthening food safety in small towns and rural areas is an important aspect of the construction of new socialist countryside. However, there are still blind spots and hidden dangers in current rural food safety management in Anyang. In order to strengthen the management of rural food safety, we should construct the con?sumer self-protection system which focuses on rural masses, eliminate the market demand for low-quality food, and establish food security monitoring network in a planned way and hierarchical way, thus we can effectively protect the health of the farmers.
