立柱是液压支架的重要动力元件。为了保证产品质量，确保支架的正常使用，对立柱主要零部件—缸筒的质量进行了研究。缸筒在镗孔时由于加工方法的不同，出现的镗孔质量问题不能及时发现，会造成精度达不到要求、尺寸偏差过大，影响立柱的整体使用，缩短立柱的使用寿命。为了改善缸筒镗孔质量存在的问题，本文通过对缸筒的加工缺陷进行分析、统计，提出了相应的对策，保证了产品质量，确保支架在井下正常使用。

The column is an important power component of hydraulic support.In order to ensure the product quality and the normal use of support,studies on the quality of cylinder barrel of which is the main components of the column.Because the processing method is different when cylinder barrel is drilled,the quality problem of bore hole is not found in time,it causes produce accuracy can not meet the requirements and the size deviation is too large,affects the overall using of the column,shortens the service life of the column.In order to improve the existing quality prob-lem of cylinder barrel of the column,analyzes and counts the manufacturing deficiency of cylinder barrel,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,ensures the produce quality and normal use of support.
