利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件通过建立模型对不同宽度煤柱下巷道围岩垂直应力、变形及破坏规律进行了研究分析。研究表明:随着煤柱宽度的增大,煤柱应力集中范围越来越小,应力集中系数越来越小,逐渐呈现均匀承载现象,同时巷道围岩位移量也逐渐减小。随着煤柱宽度的增大,煤柱弹性核的范围越大,煤柱越稳定,回采巷道越安全,考虑到煤柱过宽会造成资源的浪费,最终确定合理的区段煤柱尺寸在14~16 m。

이용FLAC3D수치모의연건통과건립모형대불동관도매주하항도위암수직응력、변형급파배규률진행료연구분석。연구표명:수착매주관도적증대,매주응력집중범위월래월소,응력집중계수월래월소,축점정현균균승재현상,동시항도위암위이량야축점감소。수착매주관도적증대,매주탄성핵적범위월대,매주월은정,회채항도월안전,고필도매주과관회조성자원적낭비,최종학정합리적구단매주척촌재14~16 m。
The vertical stress,deformation and failure law of the roadway surrounding rock under different coal pillar width are studied by model building with FLAC3D numerical simulation software.The researches show that with the increase of coal pillar width,coal pillar stress concentration range and stress concentration factor are more and more small,gradually show uniform bearing phenomenon,at the same time,displacement of roadway surrounding rock gradually decrease.With the increase of coal pillar width,the range of elastic core is larger,the coal pillar is more stable,the mining roadway is safer.Considers too large coal pillar width will cause the waste of resources,ulti-mately determines the reasonable section coal pillar size is between 14 ~16 m.
