目的：了解我院重症监护病房（ICU）鲍曼不动杆菌的对临床常用抗生素的敏感性情况，为临床治疗提供实验室依据。方法收集我院2012年1月至12月间 ICU病房送检标本中分离的鲍曼不动杆菌54株。应用美国 BD公司生产的PHOENIX-100微生物鉴定系统进行菌种鉴定及药物敏感性试验。用 WHONET5．6软件进行数据统计分析。结果重症监护病房送检标本中分离出的鲍曼不动杆菌对临床常用的13种抗生素的敏感性均较低。结论鲍曼不动杆菌是重症监护病房常见的致病菌，且多数对临床常用抗生素敏感性较差。加强临床抗生素的管理，合理使用抗生素能减少和延缓耐药菌株的出现。

Objective To investigate the antibiotics susceptibility of 54 acinetobacter baumannii strains in ICU and provide effective support for dignose and treatment.Methods 54 strains of acinetobacter baumannii were collected from January 2012 to December ICU daily specimens.The identification and antibiotics susceptibility test(AST)were identi-fied with BD PHOENIX-100.The antimicrobial resistance rates were analyzed byWHONET5.6 software.Results The susceptibility of 54 ICU acinetobacter baumannii to 13kinds antibiotics is low.Conclusion Acinetobacter baumannii is the ICU common pathogenic bacteria,and most of the poor susceptibility to clinical commonly used antibiotics.To strengthen the management of clinical antibiotics,reasonable use of antibiotics can reduce and delay the emergence of re-sistant strains.
