目的:通过研究脑血管病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的表达水平,探讨 Hcy与脑血管疾病之间的关系。方法选择2012年9月至2014年1月来我院治疗的脑血管病患者91例,设为脑血管病组,其中60例脑梗死患者设为脑梗死组,31例脑出血患者设为脑出血组,另选择30例健康查体者作为对照组。采用全自动免疫分析仪测定受试者空腹血浆 Hcy水平,并进行比较分析。结果脑梗死组患者及脑出血组患者血浆 Hcy表达水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),脑梗死组患者与脑出血组患者血浆 Hcy水平比较无明显差异(P>0.05);脑梗死组与脑出血组患者高同型半胱氨酸血症(Hhcy)的发生率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血浆同型半胱氨酸与脑血管疾病密切相关,脑血管病患者需要及时检测 Hcy水平。

목적:통과연구뇌혈관병환자혈장동형반광안산(Hcy)적표체수평,탐토 Hcy여뇌혈관질병지간적관계。방법선택2012년9월지2014년1월래아원치료적뇌혈관병환자91례,설위뇌혈관병조,기중60례뇌경사환자설위뇌경사조,31례뇌출혈환자설위뇌출혈조,령선택30례건강사체자작위대조조。채용전자동면역분석의측정수시자공복혈장 Hcy수평,병진행비교분석。결과뇌경사조환자급뇌출혈조환자혈장 Hcy표체수평현저고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.01),뇌경사조환자여뇌출혈조환자혈장 Hcy수평비교무명현차이(P>0.05);뇌경사조여뇌출혈조환자고동형반광안산혈증(Hhcy)적발생솔현저고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론고혈장동형반광안산여뇌혈관질병밀절상관,뇌혈관병환자수요급시검측 Hcy수평。
Objective To investigate the expression of homocysteic in plasma from patients with cerebrovascular diseases,and to explore the clinical significances in diagnosis and treatment.Methods The patients with cerebrovascu-lar diseases were selected as research object in our hospital from September in 2012 to January in 2014.There were 60 cases of cerebral infarction patients in cerebral infarction group,3 1 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in cerebral hem-orrhage group,30 healthy persons as control group.The level of homocysteic in plasma was tested by using automatic immunoassay analyzer.Results The levels of homocysteic were significantly higher than those in control group.There was no significant difference in plasma Hcy levels from patients with cerebral hemorrhage and patients with cerebral in-farction (P>0.05);the incidence of high homocysteine was significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion It shows that the high level of homocysteine in plasma is an independent risk factor for cerebrovascular dis-ease.
