目的:研究评价胰腺癌和胰腺炎患者血清胸苷激酶1(TK1)的表达,同时检测胰腺癌肿瘤标记物糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)和癌胚抗原(CEA),探讨联合检测TK1、CA19-9和CEA在胰腺癌与胰腺炎鉴别诊断方面的临床价值。方法应用化学增强发光(ECL)点印迹法定量检测43例胰腺癌和40例胰腺炎患者血清TK1浓度,直接化学发光法检测血清CEA和CA19-9浓度;50例健康志愿者作为对照组。结果血清 CA19-9、CEA水平胰腺癌组、胰腺炎组明显高于对照组(P均<0.05),但胰腺癌组与胰腺炎组比较差异无统计学意义。血清TK1水平胰腺癌组明显高于胰腺炎组、对照组(P均<0.05),而胰腺炎组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义。结论联合检测血清CA199、CEA和TK1有助于胰腺炎和胰腺癌的鉴别诊断。

목적:연구평개이선암화이선염환자혈청흉감격매1(TK1)적표체,동시검측이선암종류표기물당류항원19-9(CA19-9)화암배항원(CEA),탐토연합검측TK1、CA19-9화CEA재이선암여이선염감별진단방면적림상개치。방법응용화학증강발광(ECL)점인적법정량검측43례이선암화40례이선염환자혈청TK1농도,직접화학발광법검측혈청CEA화CA19-9농도;50례건강지원자작위대조조。결과혈청 CA19-9、CEA수평이선암조、이선염조명현고우대조조(P균<0.05),단이선암조여이선염조비교차이무통계학의의。혈청TK1수평이선암조명현고우이선염조、대조조(P균<0.05),이이선염조여대조조비교차이무통계학의의。결론연합검측혈청CA199、CEA화TK1유조우이선염화이선암적감별진단。
Objective Thymidine kinase 1 in serum (TK1 )has been found to be a reliable proliferation marker in clinical trials.In this study,we examined the significance of combined detection of serum tumor marker TK1,CAl9-9 and CEA in pancreatic cancer and pancreatitis patients.Methods The concentrations of CA1 9-9 and CEA were meas-ured by automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay.That of TK1 was measured by a sensitive dot blot ECL assay.Re-sults Compared with the 50 healthy persons control group,the concentrations of CAl9-9 and CEA were higher both in 43 patients with pancreatic cancer and 40 patients with pancreatitis(P<0.05).But the concentration of TK1 was higher in patients with pancreatic cancer only(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of serum TK1,CA19-9 and CEA is valuable to the differential diagnosis of pancreatic cancer and pancreatitis.
