新生代员工已经陆续登上社会的舞台,开始进入各行各业施展各自的才华。新生代员工的激励问题一直是中小企业管理者关注的问题。虽然中小企业的管理者也在尝试一些措施来激励新生代员工,但由于没有抓住新生代员工的特点,激励措施主要依赖物质方式,其效果并不明显。为此本文针对新生代员工的独特成长环境及特点,从激励手段多元化、注重团队激励、协调员工工作与学习、建立考核制度等方面为中小企业新生代员工的激励机制提出意见。

The new generation employees have been boarded a stage of society from all walks of life, they began to display their respective talents. The incentive problem of new generation employees has been the managers of small and medium-sized enterprise. Although managers of small and medium enterprises are also trying some measures to motivate the new generation employees, but due to t hey don’t grasp the characteristics of the new generation of employees, the incentive effect is not good. This paper aimed at the special growth environment and the characteristics of the new generation of employees, take diverse incentive means , such as,pay attention to team motivation, leadership style, improve conversion work environment and so on. We will put forward opinions for the incentive mechanism of smal and medium-sized enterprises of new generation employees.
