铅酸蓄电池由于含有大量的重金属成分,属于危险废物,如果不进行妥善处理,将对环境和人体健康产生严重威胁,但铅酸蓄电池又具有较高的回收利用价值,因此对废旧铅酸蓄电池的合理有效回收利用有着极大的必要性。比较了国内外铅酸蓄电池回收利用体制,提出我国废旧铅酸蓄电池回收行业的发展建议,为此类二次资源的合理有效利用提供借鉴。

Lead-acid battery contains heavy metals such as lead and cadmium after used up or abandoned .If discarded at will ,these heavy metals in battery will pollute the environment seriously .In addition ,there exist a lot of lead and other ma-terials in used lead-acid battery ,which can be recycled .So it’s necessary to reuse and recycle the used lead acid batteries . The systems of recycling lead acid batteries at home and abroad are compared and some recycling suggestions and schemes are proposed in this paper ,which can provide valuable references for the reasonable and effective use of this secondary re-source .
