大跨度现浇钢筋混凝土建筑物中高支模设计施工是工程质量和安全的双重保证。某跨度14 m、长90 m、高10.5 m大跨度现浇钢筋混凝土建筑物屋面由10根主梁及若干井格次梁组成。以此重载荷的厂房为例,对其满堂支撑体系进行荷载设计及验算,在满足载荷力和稳定性的前提下,设计以核心支撑环节、拱卫加固卸荷支撑环节及一般支撑环节为一体的安全支撑体系,保证工程顺利完成,积累了此类设计的施工经验。

Project quality and safety should be ensured in formwork design and construction of large span cast -in-place reinforced concrete building .One large span cast-in-place reinforced concrete building (14 m in width ,90 m in length and 10 .5 m in height) is consisted of 10 roof girder and some grillage beam .Regarding this heavy load factory workshop as the case ,the full house support system design and checking calculation of load is conducted and considering the load and the stability ,a whole safety support system is designed ,in which the core support links ,the reinforcement unloading supporting links and general support links are integrated ,to ensure the successful completion of projects .So experiences in this kinds of design and construction are accumulated .
