为研究土鳖虫冻干粉对高脂饮食肉兔血脂生理指标的影响,选择健康的150只肉兔随机分成5组,即空白组、高脂组和三个不同剂量组(0.4、0.2、0.1 g·kg-1土鳖虫冻干粉),每20 d每组随机抽取5只肉兔心脏静脉血,分离血清,用于测量血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量。结果表明,高脂组血脂水平显著高于空白组(P<0.05);高剂量组和低剂量组TC、TG显著高于空白组(P<0.05),与高脂组差异不显著(P>0.05);高、中、低剂量组LDL-C均显著高于空白组和高脂组(P<0.05);中剂量组TC、TG、LDL-C水平显著低于高脂组(P<0.05),与空白组差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果显示,土鳖虫冻干粉可抑制高脂饮食肉兔血脂水平升高,具有调节血脂作用。中剂量组(0.2 g·kg-1)为最佳剂量。
為研究土鱉蟲凍榦粉對高脂飲食肉兔血脂生理指標的影響,選擇健康的150隻肉兔隨機分成5組,即空白組、高脂組和三箇不同劑量組(0.4、0.2、0.1 g·kg-1土鱉蟲凍榦粉),每20 d每組隨機抽取5隻肉兔心髒靜脈血,分離血清,用于測量血清中總膽固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)含量。結果錶明,高脂組血脂水平顯著高于空白組(P<0.05);高劑量組和低劑量組TC、TG顯著高于空白組(P<0.05),與高脂組差異不顯著(P>0.05);高、中、低劑量組LDL-C均顯著高于空白組和高脂組(P<0.05);中劑量組TC、TG、LDL-C水平顯著低于高脂組(P<0.05),與空白組差異不顯著(P>0.05)。結果顯示,土鱉蟲凍榦粉可抑製高脂飲食肉兔血脂水平升高,具有調節血脂作用。中劑量組(0.2 g·kg-1)為最佳劑量。
위연구토별충동간분대고지음식육토혈지생리지표적영향,선택건강적150지육토수궤분성5조,즉공백조、고지조화삼개불동제량조(0.4、0.2、0.1 g·kg-1토별충동간분),매20 d매조수궤추취5지육토심장정맥혈,분리혈청,용우측량혈청중총담고순(TC)、감유삼지(TG)、고밀도지단백담고순(HDL-C)、저밀도지단백담고순(LDL-C)함량。결과표명,고지조혈지수평현저고우공백조(P<0.05);고제량조화저제량조TC、TG현저고우공백조(P<0.05),여고지조차이불현저(P>0.05);고、중、저제량조LDL-C균현저고우공백조화고지조(P<0.05);중제량조TC、TG、LDL-C수평현저저우고지조(P<0.05),여공백조차이불현저(P>0.05)。결과현시,토별충동간분가억제고지음식육토혈지수평승고,구유조절혈지작용。중제량조(0.2 g·kg-1)위최가제량。
To study the effects of eupolyphaga freeze-dried powder on blood lipids physiological indi-ces in rabbits with high-fat diet. Total 150 rabbits were selected and randomly divided into five groups, con-trol group, high-fat group and three different dosage eupolyphaga groups(0.4, 0.2, 0.1 g·kg-1 eupolyphaga freeze-dried powder). Every 20 d, each group of randomly selected five rabbits to draw cardiac venous blood, separation of serum, used to measure the serum's total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) levels. The results showed that the blood lipid of high-fat group was abnormal, compared with control group, the levels were significantly in-creased(P<0.05);Compared with control group, the levels of TC, TG in high group and low group were signif-icantly increased(P<0.05), no significant differences(P>0.05) were observed between high group, low group and high-fat group. Compared with control group and high-fat group, the levels of LDL-C in high group, medi-um group and low group were significantly increased(P<0.05); Compared with high-fat group, TC, TG, LDL-C of medium group were significantly reduced(P<0.05). No significant differences(P>0.05) were ob-served between the medium group and control group. Results showed that the Eupolyphaga Freeze-dried powder can inhibit the rise of the blood lipid of rabbit fed with high-fat diet and regulate blood lipid. The re-sults showed that eupolyphaga freeze-dried powder could inhibit the rise of the blood lipid of rabbit fed with high-fat diet, could regulate blood lipid. Medium group (0.2 g·kg-1) was the best dosage.
