文章对红豆杉种子发育形态学、物质积累以及内源激素水平等进行调查。结果表明,种子在12 WAP(Weeks after pollination,发育周数)时含水量约为22%。种子可溶性糖含量在发育过程中变化较大,在2 WAP时为19%,达到整个发育过程的峰值。而可溶性蛋白质含量则随着种子发育逐渐增加,在12 WAP时达到峰值,为17%。10 WAP时,总脂肪酸含量最高,为干重的31.98 mg·g-1。在内源激素方面,种子中ABA水平在12 WAP降至最低,而GA含量呈总体下降趋势。

This research focuses on the changes of morphology, nutrition accumulation and endogenous hormone levels. The results showed that the water content of Japanese yew seed peaked at 12 WAP (WAP, Weeks after pol ination), was 22%. The sugar content peaked at 2 WAP, was 19%. The protein content increased during seed development, and it peaked at 12 WAP, was 17%. The content of total fatty acids peaked at 10 WAP, was 31.98 mg·g-1 DM. The lowest level of ABA was appeared at 12 WAP, and GA level decreased during seed development.
