目的:探讨肝硬化肝癌切除术患者围手术期营养支持的方法,利用快速康复外科理念促进术后患者康复。方法将120例行肝硬化肝癌切除术患者随机分为A组和B组,A组患者按照一般护理给予术后营养支持,B组患者给予术前和术后营养评估及系统营养支持,比较两组患者的术后自理能力、住院时间、住院费用和并发症发生率。结果 B组患者术后自理能力较强、住院时间明显缩短,患者住院费用降低,其并发症发生较少,对护理服务满意度更高,与A组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝硬化肝癌患者围手术期给予营养支持,可以明显改善患者的生活质量、降低并发症、减少治疗费用。

목적:탐토간경화간암절제술환자위수술기영양지지적방법,이용쾌속강복외과이념촉진술후환자강복。방법장120례행간경화간암절제술환자수궤분위A조화B조,A조환자안조일반호리급여술후영양지지,B조환자급여술전화술후영양평고급계통영양지지,비교량조환자적술후자리능력、주원시간、주원비용화병발증발생솔。결과 B조환자술후자리능력교강、주원시간명현축단,환자주원비용강저,기병발증발생교소,대호리복무만의도경고,여A조비교,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론간경화간암환자위수술기급여영양지지,가이명현개선환자적생활질량、강저병발증、감소치료비용。
Objective To study the perioperative nutrition support after liver cancer resection in the presence of cirrhosis, and the method of using rapid rehabilitation surgery concept to promote postoperative recovery. Methods One hundred and twenty cases with liver cancer resection in the presence of cirrhosis were randomly divided into two groups. One is the control group, in which patients received the general care for patients with postoperative nutritional support. The other is the experimental group, in which patients were assessed with preoperative and postoperative nutrition status and nutritional support were initiated. The self-care ability, length of hospital stay, hospital expenses and the incidence of com-plications were compared in the two groups. Results The postoperative self-care ability of the experimental group was stronger, the length of time was significantly shortened, the patient hospitalization expense was reduced, the complications rate was less, the nursing service satisfaction was higher when compared with the control group, and the difference was sta-tistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Post-operative nutritional support enables nursed to timely identify problems in nursing work, timely improve the link quality, reduce the contradiction between nurses and patients, reduce medical dis-putes, continuously improve the quality of nursing service.
