古镇保护除了注重技术方法以外，构建一个相互联动、综合保障的保护管理制度环境非常重要。以山西省古镇为研究对象，在对山西省古镇概况回顾的基础上，分析总结了古镇保护当前面临的严峻形势和存在问题，并从行政管理体系、资金保障体系、监督体系、公众参与体系等四个角度展开研究，试图探索古镇保护管理制度环境的架构。
古鎮保護除瞭註重技術方法以外，構建一箇相互聯動、綜閤保障的保護管理製度環境非常重要。以山西省古鎮為研究對象，在對山西省古鎮概況迴顧的基礎上，分析總結瞭古鎮保護噹前麵臨的嚴峻形勢和存在問題，併從行政管理體繫、資金保障體繫、鑑督體繫、公衆參與體繫等四箇角度展開研究，試圖探索古鎮保護管理製度環境的架構。

Ancient town protection is an important part of historical and cultural heritage protection, the author thinks that, in addition to pay attention to ancient town protection techniques, to construct a management system of protecting environment more mutual linkage, comprehensive support necessary. This paper takes Shanxi Province town as the research object, based on the review of the situation of Shanxi Province town, analyzes the grim situation facing the protection of the ancient town and the existence question, and launches the research from the administrative management system, financial system, supervision system, public participation system in four aspects, explores the protection of environmental management systems ancient architecture.
