本试验旨在研究凝结芽孢杆菌对黄羽肉鸡生产性能、血清生化指标及抗氧化功能的影响。选取1日龄黄羽肉鸡360羽,随机分为4组(每组6个重复,每重复15羽):Ⅰ组(对照组)饲喂基础饲粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组饲喂分别添加100、200、300 mg/kg 凝结芽孢杆菌(活菌数为1×109 CFU/g)的试验饲粮,试验期70 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,1)饲粮添加200 mg/kg凝结芽孢杆菌显著提高了全期肉鸡平均日增重、成活率和胸肌率(P<0.05),显著降低了全期料重比( P<0.05);2)饲粮添加200 mg/kg凝结芽孢杆菌显著或极显著提高了28、70日龄肉鸡血清碱性磷酸酶活性( P<0.05或P<0.01)、70日龄血清白蛋白和总蛋白含量( P<0.05),极显著降低了70日龄血清尿素氮含量(P<0.01);3)饲粮添加200 mg/kg凝结芽孢杆菌显著提高了肉鸡28、70日龄血清中总抗氧化能力、超氧化物歧化酶活性和70日龄血清过氧化氢酶活性(P<0.05),极显著或显著降低了28、70日龄血清丙二醛含量( P<0.01或P<0.05)。由此可见,结合生产性能、血清生化指标及抗氧化功能指标,1~70日龄黄羽肉鸡饲粮添加200 mg/kg(2×108 CFU/kg)凝结芽孢杆菌效果最佳。

본시험지재연구응결아포간균대황우육계생산성능、혈청생화지표급항양화공능적영향。선취1일령황우육계360우,수궤분위4조(매조6개중복,매중복15우):Ⅰ조(대조조)사위기출사량,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ조사위분별첨가100、200、300 mg/kg 응결아포간균(활균수위1×109 CFU/g)적시험사량,시험기70 d。결과표명:여대조조상비,1)사량첨가200 mg/kg응결아포간균현저제고료전기육계평균일증중、성활솔화흉기솔(P<0.05),현저강저료전기료중비( P<0.05);2)사량첨가200 mg/kg응결아포간균현저혹겁현저제고료28、70일령육계혈청감성린산매활성( P<0.05혹P<0.01)、70일령혈청백단백화총단백함량( P<0.05),겁현저강저료70일령혈청뇨소담함량(P<0.01);3)사량첨가200 mg/kg응결아포간균현저제고료육계28、70일령혈청중총항양화능력、초양화물기화매활성화70일령혈청과양화경매활성(P<0.05),겁현저혹현저강저료28、70일령혈청병이철함량( P<0.01혹P<0.05)。유차가견,결합생산성능、혈청생화지표급항양화공능지표,1~70일령황우육계사량첨가200 mg/kg(2×108 CFU/kg)응결아포간균효과최가。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Bacillus coagulans on performance, ser-um biochemical indices and antioxidant function of yellow broilers. A total of 360 one-day-old yellow broilers were randomly allocated to 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 15 chicks per replicate. Broilers in the con-trol group ( groupⅠ) were fed a basal diet, and broilers in groupsⅡ,ⅢandⅣwere fed the basal diet add-ed with 100, 200 and 300 mg/kg Bacillus coagulans (viable count was 1×109 CFU/g), respectively. The ex-periment lasted for 70 days. The results showed as follows: compared with the control group, 1) diet added 200 mg/kg Bacillus coagulans significantly increased average daily gain, survival rate and percentage of breast muscle ( P<0.05) , and significantly decreased the ratio of feed to gain in the whole period ( P<0.05) . 2) Diet added 200 mg/kg Bacillus coagulans significantly increased serum alkaline phosphatase ( ALP) activity at age of 28 and 70 days ( P<0.01 or P<0.05) , and significantly increased the content of albumin ( ALB) and total protein (TP) in serum at age of 70 days (P<0.05), and significantly decreased the content of urea nitrogen (UN) in serum at age of 70 days (P<0.01). 3) Diet added 200 mg/kg Bacillus coagulans significantly in-creased serum total antioxidant capacity ( T-AOC) , superoxide dismutase ( SOD) activity at age of 28 and 70 days and catalase ( CAT) activity at age of 70 days ( P<0.05) , and significantly decreased serum malondialde-hyde ( MDA) content at age of 28 and 70 days ( P<0.01 or P<0.05) . In conclusion, base on indices of per-formance, serum biochemical indices and antioxidant function, the effects of adding 200 mg/kg ( 2 × 108 CFU/kg) Bacillus coagulans in the diet of yellow broilers aged from 1 to 70 days are optimal.
