本试验旨在比较酵母硒和亚硒酸钠对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和蛋硒含量的影响,以确定能够替代亚硒酸钠的酵母硒适宜使用量。试验选用30周龄体况良好、产蛋率接近的健康海兰褐蛋鸡360只,随机分成5个组,每组6个重复,每个重复12只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮(不额外添加硒源),试验组饲喂在基础饲粮中分别添加0.30 mg/kg硒的亚硒酸钠以及0.10、0.20和0.30 mg/kg硒的酵母硒(试验饲粮中实测硒含量分别为0.176、0.342、0.278、0.302、0.359 mg/kg)。预试期14 d,正试期28 d。结果表明:1)各试验组产蛋率、平均蛋重、平均日产蛋重、平均日采食量、料蛋比和蛋品质与对照组相比较差异均不显著( P>0.05)。2)亚硒酸钠组和酵母硒组蛋硒含量均显著高于对照组( P<0.05);酵母硒组蛋硒含量均显著高于亚硒酸钠组(P<0.05),并随酵母硒添加量的增加显著增加(P<0.05)。由此可见,相对于亚硒酸钠,蛋鸡对酵母硒吸收和向鸡蛋中的转移效率更高;饲粮添加硒能显著提高蛋硒含量,且蛋硒含量随着酵母硒添加量的增加而增加;饲粮中添加0.10~0.30 mg/kg硒的酵母硒对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质无不良影响。

본시험지재비교효모서화아서산납대단계생산성능、단품질화단서함량적영향,이학정능구체대아서산납적효모서괄의사용량。시험선용30주령체황량호、산단솔접근적건강해란갈단계360지,수궤분성5개조,매조6개중복,매개중복12지。대조조사위기출사량(불액외첨가서원),시험조사위재기출사량중분별첨가0.30 mg/kg서적아서산납이급0.10、0.20화0.30 mg/kg서적효모서(시험사량중실측서함량분별위0.176、0.342、0.278、0.302、0.359 mg/kg)。예시기14 d,정시기28 d。결과표명:1)각시험조산단솔、평균단중、평균일산단중、평균일채식량、료단비화단품질여대조조상비교차이균불현저( P>0.05)。2)아서산납조화효모서조단서함량균현저고우대조조( P<0.05);효모서조단서함량균현저고우아서산납조(P<0.05),병수효모서첨가량적증가현저증가(P<0.05)。유차가견,상대우아서산납,단계대효모서흡수화향계단중적전이효솔경고;사량첨가서능현저제고단서함량,차단서함량수착효모서첨가량적증가이증가;사량중첨가0.10~0.30 mg/kg서적효모서대단계생산성능화단품질무불량영향。
This experiment was conducted to compare the effects of sodium selenite and selenium yeast on per-formance, egg quality and egg selenium content of laying hens. Three hundred and sixty 30-week-old healthy Hy-Line Brown laying hens with a similar laying rate were randomly assigned to 5 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 12 laying hens per replicate. The control groups was fed a basal diet without adding selenium, while the diets of experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with sodium selenite containing 0.30 mg/kg selenium and selenium yeast containing 0.10, 0.20 and 0.30 mg/kg selenium, respectively. The measured values of selenium content in experimental diets were 0. 176, 0. 342, 0. 278, 0. 302 and 0.359 mg/kg, respectively. Pre-trail period was 14 days and experimental period was 28 days. The results showed as follows: 1) there were no significant differences in the laying rate, average egg weight, average daily egg weight, average daily feed intake, ratio of feed to egg, and egg quality among the 5 groups ( P>0.05) . 2) Compared with the control group, the addition of sodium selenite and selenium yeast in the basal di-et could significantly increase egg selenium content ( P<0.05) . The egg selenium content in the groups supple-mented with selenium yeast was significantly higher than that in the group supplemented with sodium selenite ( P<0.05) . The egg selenium content increased significantly with the addition of selenium yeast increased ( P<0.05) . In conclusion, the selenium absorption and conversion rate of selenium yeast are significantly higher than those of sodium selenite. The addition of selenium in the diet can significantly increase egg selenium con-tent and the egg selenium content increase significantly with the addition of selenium yeast increased. No harm-ful effect is found in performance and egg quality of laying hens feed with the diet supplemented with 0.10 to 0.30 mg/kg selenium yeast.
