本试验旨在探讨凋萎和添加剂(绿汁发酵液、纤维素酶)对王草青贮品质和营养价值的影响。试验设对照组、凋萎( W)组、凋萎+绿汁发酵液( WP)组、凋萎+纤维素酶( WC)组、凋萎+绿汁发酵液+纤维素酶(WPC)组,青贮30 d后取样分析。结果表明:1)各组pH均小于4.0,对照组pH显著低于W 组(P<0.05),WPC组 pH 最低;WPC 组乳酸含量最高,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组乙酸含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05),W 组乙酸含量显著低于其他组(P<0.05);各组均未检出丁酸;对照组的氨态氮/总氮显著高于其他组(P<0.05),WPC组显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。2)V-Score评分表明各组青贮品质良好,对照组评分最低(83.45),W、WP和WPC组评分较高且明显高于对照组(均高于95)。3) WPC组粗蛋白质含量最高,中性洗涤纤维与酸性洗涤纤维含量最低,饲料相对值( RFV)最高,显著高于对照组( P<0.05)。由此可见,王草可以直接青贮但营养价值较低,凋萎后添加绿汁发酵液和纤维素酶混合处理能改善王草青贮品质并提高营养价值。

본시험지재탐토조위화첨가제(록즙발효액、섬유소매)대왕초청저품질화영양개치적영향。시험설대조조、조위( W)조、조위+록즙발효액( WP)조、조위+섬유소매( WC)조、조위+록즙발효액+섬유소매(WPC)조,청저30 d후취양분석。결과표명:1)각조pH균소우4.0,대조조pH현저저우W 조(P<0.05),WPC조 pH 최저;WPC 조유산함량최고,현저고우대조조(P<0.05);대조조을산함량현저고우기타조(P<0.05),W 조을산함량현저저우기타조(P<0.05);각조균미검출정산;대조조적안태담/총담현저고우기타조(P<0.05),WPC조현저저우기타조(P<0.05)。2)V-Score평분표명각조청저품질량호,대조조평분최저(83.45),W、WP화WPC조평분교고차명현고우대조조(균고우95)。3) WPC조조단백질함량최고,중성세조섬유여산성세조섬유함량최저,사료상대치( RFV)최고,현저고우대조조( P<0.05)。유차가견,왕초가이직접청저단영양개치교저,조위후첨가록즙발효액화섬유소매혼합처리능개선왕초청저품질병제고영양개치。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of wilt and additive [ pre-fermented juice ( PFJ) and cellulose enzyme ( C) ] on silage quality and nutritional value of king grass. The groups were as follows:control, wilted ( W) , wilted+PFJ ( WP) , wilted+C ( WP) and wilted+PFJ+C ( WPC) . The silos of each group were opened and analyzed after 30 days ensilage. The results showed as follows:1) the pH of all groups were lower than 4.0, the pH in control group was significantly lower than that in W group (P<0.05), and WPC group had lowest pH. The lactic acid content in WPC group was the highest, and significantly higher than that in control group ( P<0.05) . The acetic acid content in control group was significantly higher than that in other groups ( P<0.05) , the acetic acid content in W group was significantly lower than that in other groups (P<0.05). All groups had no butyric acid detected. The ammonia-N/total nitrogen ( AN/TN) in control group was significantly higher than that in other groups ( P<0.05) , the AN/TN in WPC group was significant-ly lower than that in other groups (P<0.05). 2) According to the grade of V-Score, silage quality of all groups were well, the score of control group had lowest score (83.45), and the scores of groups W, WP and WPC were higher than that in control group ( more than 95) . 3) The WPC group had the highest crude protein content and relative feed value ( RFV) , also it had the lowest neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber content, all above was significantly higher than that in other groups ( P<0.05) . It is concluded that the silage quality of king grass silage without treatment is well but nutritional value is low, wilted king grass supplemen-ted with PFJ+C mixed silage can improve the silage quality and nutritional value.
