本试验旨在研究酵母硒和亚硒酸钠对蛋鸡蛋硒含量动态变化的影响。试验选用30周龄体况良好、产蛋率接近健康的海兰褐蛋鸡216只,随机分成3个组,每组6个重复,每个重复12只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮(不额外添加硒源),试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加0.30 mg/kg硒的亚硒酸钠和酵母硒。预试期14 d,正试期56 d。结果表明:1)各试验组产蛋率、平均蛋重、平均日产蛋重、平均日采食量、死亡率和料蛋比与对照组相比较差异均不显著( P>0.05)。2)正试期第56天,试验组常规蛋品质与对照组相比较差异不显著( P>0.05)。3)正试期第3天,酵母硒组蛋硒含量显著高于对照组和亚硒酸钠组( P<0.05);14 d后,亚硒酸钠组蛋硒含量显著高于对照组( P<0.05);正试期第3、5、7、14、21、28和56天,酵母硒组蛋硒含量比亚硒酸钠组分别显著高出了28.18%、34.98%、45.35%、47.39%、67.53%、63.35%和65.71%( P<0.05)。4)随着试验天数的增加,对照组蛋鸡蛋硒含量显著降低( P<0.05),亚硒酸钠组蛋鸡蛋硒含量呈现先降低后增加的趋势(P<0.05),酵母硒组蛋鸡蛋硒含量显著增加(P<0.05)。由此可见,33~40周龄,蛋鸡饲粮中不额外添加硒以及添加0.30 mg/kg硒的酵母硒和亚硒酸钠对生产性能和蛋品质无不良影响;相对于亚硒酸钠,酵母硒中硒向鸡蛋中的转移速度更快,效率更高;饲粮添加硒能显著提高蛋硒含量,且饲粮添加酵母硒时蛋硒含量随着饲喂天数的增加而增加。

This experiment was conducted to compare the effects of sodium selenite and selenium yeast on dy-namic change of egg selenium content in laying hens. Two hundred and sixteen 30-week-old healthy Hy-Line Brown laying hens with a similar laying rate were randomly assigned to 3 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 12 laying hens per replicate. The laying hens in control group were fed a basal diet without adding seleni-um, while those in experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0. 30 mg/kg selenium in forms of sodium selenite and selenium yeast, respectively. Preliminary trail period was 14 days and experimen-tal period was 56 days. The results showed as follows:1) there were no significantly differences in the laying rate, average egg weight, average daily egg weight, average daily feed intake, the ratio of feed to egg, mor-tality, and egg quality on day 56 of the experiment among the 3 groups ( P>0.05) . 2) The egg selenium con-tent in the group supplemented with selenium yeast was significantly higher than that in the group supplemented with sodium selenite and in the control group on day 3 of the experiment (P<0.05), and the egg selenium content in the group supplemented with sodium selenite was significantly higher than that in the control group after 14 days ( P<0.05) . On day 3, 5, 7, 14, 21, 28 and 56 of the experiment, the egg selenium content in the group supplemented with selenium yeast was 28.18%, 34.98%, 45.35%, 47.39%, 67.53%, 63.35% and 65.71%, respectively, and was significantly higher than that in the group supplemented with sodium selenite ( P<0.05) . As the experimental time increasing, the egg selenium content in the control group was decreased significantly ( P<0.05) , the egg selenium content in the group supplemented with sodium selenite showed a decrease and then increase trend ( P<0.05) , the egg selenium content in the group supplemented with selenium yeast was increased significantly ( P<0.05) . In conclusion, diet without adding selenium or supplemented with 0.30 mg/kg selenium in the form of sodium selenite and selenium yeast have no harmful effects on performance and egg quality in laying hens aged from 33 to 40 weeks. The selenium conversion rate and efficiency into egg of selenium yeast are significantly higher than sodium selenite. The addition of selenium in the diet can signifi-cantly increase egg selenium content, and the egg selenium content increases significantly as the experimental time increasing when the diet was supplemented with selenium yeast.
