双氰胺是重要的电石深加工产品,是多种重要化工产品的中间体,广泛应用于农药、医药、电子、化肥、环保处理剂等领域。在双氰胺的生产过程中,结晶过程是关键环节,但由于生产双氰胺的原料中带入多种金属离子,这些离子影响双氰胺的介稳区宽度,进而影响双氰胺产品的质量。本文考察了金属杂质离子( Ca2+、 Mg2+、 Fe3+、 Al3+)对双氰胺介稳区宽度的影响。实验结果表明,四种金属离子对双氰胺介稳区均有增大作用,金属杂质离子的存在对DCD成核过程起着较强的抑制作用。
雙氰胺是重要的電石深加工產品,是多種重要化工產品的中間體,廣汎應用于農藥、醫藥、電子、化肥、環保處理劑等領域。在雙氰胺的生產過程中,結晶過程是關鍵環節,但由于生產雙氰胺的原料中帶入多種金屬離子,這些離子影響雙氰胺的介穩區寬度,進而影響雙氰胺產品的質量。本文攷察瞭金屬雜質離子( Ca2+、 Mg2+、 Fe3+、 Al3+)對雙氰胺介穩區寬度的影響。實驗結果錶明,四種金屬離子對雙氰胺介穩區均有增大作用,金屬雜質離子的存在對DCD成覈過程起著較彊的抑製作用。

Dicyandiamide was an important calcium carbide deep-processing product, a intermediate of variety of important chemical products, widely used in pesticide, medicine, electronics, fertilizer, and as environmental treatment agents. In dicyandiamide production process, the crystallization process was the key, but because the production of raw materials into a variety of dicyandiamide metal ions, these ions affected dicyandiamide metastable zone width, thereby affecting the DCD products quality. The metal impurity ions of Ca2+, Mg2+, Fe3+ and Al3+ impacted on the DCD metastable zone width were examined. Experimental results showed that the four metal ions on the metastable zone DCD increased the role of the presence of metal impurity ions DCD nucleation process and played a strong inhibitory effect.
