我国每年因腐蚀造成的钢材损失量巨大,每年因腐蚀而造成的钢材损失量大约占生产量的三分之一,其中硫对金属材料的腐蚀尤为严重,对许多工业领域的生产设备产生着不可估量的损失。本文简述了我国研究锰钢、铬钢的腐蚀机理及硫对钢材的腐蚀机理的现状,以便采取有效的防腐手段,预估钢材使用寿命并对设备钢材的选材提供一定依据。

The use of steel in the heavy industry was very extensive in China, and each year due to corrosion led to waste a lot of steel, especially of sulfur corrosion. According to statistics, because of corrosion, the amount of metal loss accounted for one-third of the production every year around the world. The status of studying the corrosion mechanism of manganese steel, chrome steel and sulfur corrosion mechanism were briefly described, in order to take effective means to prevent from corrosion and provide the reference basis for the choice of equipment of steel.
