水质自动监测系统是个自动化程度高,智能化强的技术学科,在全国有了较快的发展,相关的技术培训成了迫切需要,水质自动站技术人员培训成效如何是自动监测仪器能不能高效率运行的大问题。培训什么样的人,如何培训,目标的要求是什么?能不能达到学则用之,理论联系实际,逐步提高技术水平,最终达到能自检、自修、技术改进、创新、最大限度地提高仪器的利用率和使用寿命。有的托管站专人专学专用,有的托管站自动监测室技术人员都是兼职,国家技术培训时搞轮训制,任意指派,不是专人专学专用,本文讨论的话题是两种培训的理念和实际应用的差别,供讨论之。
