目的:建立紫外分光光度法测定半枝莲黄芩苷的含量的方法。方法:采用50%乙醇回流提取工艺和紫外分光光度法测定半枝莲中黄芩苷的含量,以黄芩苷为对照品,在278nm波长处测量。结果:得黄芩苷回归方程y=56.985x+0.0083(r2=0.9996),表明黄芩苷在0.00272~0.0136mg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率(n=6)以黄芩苷计为99.8%,RSD为0.58%。结论:此方法操作简单,精密度、稳定性和重复性良好,可以用于半枝莲中黄芩苷的含量测定方法之一。

[Abstract]Objective: Establish UV spectrophotometry banzhilian baicalin content method. Methods: With 50% ethanol extraction process and ultraviolet spectrophotometry banzhilian content baicalin, baicalin as standard, measured at 278nm wavelength. Results: Baicalin regression equation was y=56.985x+0.083 (r2=0.9996), indicates that baicalin in the concentration range of 0.00272~0.0136mg/mL good linear relationship, the average recovery (n=6) to 99.8 meter baicalin , RSD was 0.58%. Conclusion: This method is simple, precision, stability and good reproducibility can be used banzhilian baicalin one method for the determination of the content.
