目的：探讨鼻内镜下联合低温等离子射频消融治疗常年性过敏性鼻炎合并鼻中隔偏曲的临床疗效。方法：146例过敏性鼻炎伴鼻中隔偏曲患者在鼻内镜下行鼻中隔矫正术加下鼻甲射频消融术，术后随访1年，按照兰州会议疗效评定标准，用计分法评定其疗效。结果：显效53.4%，有效24.7%，无效21.9%，总有效率为78.1%。疗效评分显示治疗前为（10.67±2.48）分，治疗1年后为（5.43±1.07）分，两者相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术与低温等离子射频消融下鼻甲手术联合应用治疗常年过敏性鼻炎伴鼻中隔偏曲，手术安全性高，微创，对鼻腔黏膜损伤轻，恢复快，有较高的临床应用价值，值得推广。
목적：탐토비내경하연합저온등리자사빈소융치료상년성과민성비염합병비중격편곡적림상료효。방법：146례과민성비염반비중격편곡환자재비내경하행비중격교정술가하비갑사빈소융술，술후수방1년，안조란주회의료효평정표준，용계분법평정기료효。결과：현효53.4%，유효24.7%，무효21.9%，총유효솔위78.1%。료효평분현시치료전위（10.67±2.48）분，치료1년후위（5.43±1.07）분，량자상비차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：비내경하비중격교정술여저온등리자사빈소융하비갑수술연합응용치료상년과민성비염반비중격편곡，수술안전성고，미창，대비강점막손상경，회복쾌，유교고적림상응용개치，치득추엄。
Objective To investigate the nasal endoscopic combined with low temperature plasma radio frequency ablation clinical efficacy in the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis with nasal septum deviation.Methods 146 cases of allergic rhinitis patients with nasal septum surgery plus radiofrequency ablation for inferior turbinate in endoscopic nasal septum,patients were followed up for 1 years,according to the standard of curative effect evaluation of Lanzhou conference,to evaluate its therapeutic effect by scoring method.Results The effective 53.4%,effective 24.7%,invalid 21.9%,the total effective rate was 78.1%.Effect evaluation shows before treatment for (10.67±2.48),1 years after treatment for (5.43±1.07),a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<O.O5).Conclusion The endoscopic nasal surgery and low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation combined with application of inferior turbinate surgery in the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis with nasal septum deviation,the operation safety is high,minimally invasive surgery on the nasal mucosa injury,light,fast recovery,has higher clinical application value,it is worth of wide.
