以某排放型单缸柴油机油泵凸轮为研究对象,对其表面进行激光微织构加工,通过发动机台架耐久性试验和表面磨损量检测考察织构化凸轮的耐磨性以及对发动机可靠性的影响,并论证球墨铸铁代替钢作为凸轮材料的可行性。研究结果表明:经过300 h 全速全负荷的耐久性试验,球墨铸铁型激光微织构凸轮,其表面磨损量仅2 m左右,相对于非织构区域,激光加工区域附近的硬度明显提高,耐磨性能得到有效改善;同时样机的动力性能、排放性能以及经济性能都保持良好,未出现功率缺失等不良现象,验证了球墨铸铁型织构凸轮的可靠性。

In the light of a pump cam of emission type single cylinder diesel engine, a laser micro texture on its surface is inspected. The influence of abrasive resistance of the cam is explored through the engine durability test and surface abrasion test when the cam surface is applied laser surface texturing and reliability of engine. Meanwhile, the feasibility of using the nodular cast iron instead of steel as the camshaft materials is discussed. The results show that: after 300 hours' durability test with full speed and load, the surface wear of the cam is only about 2 m, which is made by nodular cast iron and applied laser surface texturing. At the same time, the hardness and the wear resistance of the area near the surface texturing increased observably, compared to the non-texturing area. In addition, the power performance, emission performance and economic performance of the engine are still good, the power loss and other bad conditions do not occur. In addition, it is feasible to use nodular cast iron by laser surface texturing instead of steel as the camshaft materials.
