以苏南地区5城市为研究对象，建立由基础环境、居民消费、休闲相关产业和特色资源构成的城市休闲化水平评价指标体系，并构建综合测度模型，对南京、苏州、无锡、常州和镇江5座城市休闲化差异进行实证分析。结果表明：（1）苏南地区城市休闲化水平存在显著差异，其中苏州、南京处于领先地位，无锡处于中间水平，镇江与常州则相对滞后；（2）苏南地区城市部休闲化差异较大，休闲相关产业指数较大，特色资源指数较小；（3）苏南地区城市间休闲化差异主要体现在16个二级指标中，其中休闲相关产业指标8个，特色资源指标4个，基础环境指标3个，居民消费指标1个。

Taking five cities in south Jiangsu as research object, this paper constructs an evaluation index system of city recreationalization, including four aspects: basic environment, residential consumption, leisure-related in-dustry, characteristic resources. Through establishing evaluation model, this paper takes five cities in south Jiangsu as cases to evaluate the recreation-alization differences. The results suggest: (1) south Jiangsu cities recre-ationalization level presents a clear disparity, which of Suzhou and Nanjing is strong, followed by Wuxi and that of Zhenjiang and Changzhou is weak. (2) There is a significant difference of inner cities in south Jiangsu cities, the index of leisure-related industry is bigger, and that of characteristic re-sources is smaller. (3) The differences of recreationalization between south Jiangsu cities is mainly reflected in sixteen secondary indicators, including eight indicators of leisure-related industry, four indicators of characteris-tic resources, three indicators of base environment, and one indicator of res-idential consumption.
