针对通风机节能的问题,利用自主研发的矿用通风机实验平台,测定了 K45-4-№9/18.5kW 型轴流主通风机在变频和工频频率均为50 Hz 下的风机性能参数.利用软件分析实验数据并绘制风机性能曲线,结果表明:主通风机在变频100%和工频2种情况下运行的风机性能曲线变化大体一致;变频100%运行时的风量、风压曲线比工频运行时的风量、风压曲线波动大,说明变频100%运行时风压更容易受风量的影响;在大风量情况下,工频运行相对于变频100%运行节能,最大节电率达到3.756%;工频运行时的效率高于变频100%运行时的效率,且两者的最大效率值相差2.93%.
針對通風機節能的問題,利用自主研髮的礦用通風機實驗平檯,測定瞭 K45-4-№9/18.5kW 型軸流主通風機在變頻和工頻頻率均為50 Hz 下的風機性能參數.利用軟件分析實驗數據併繪製風機性能麯線,結果錶明:主通風機在變頻100%和工頻2種情況下運行的風機性能麯線變化大體一緻;變頻100%運行時的風量、風壓麯線比工頻運行時的風量、風壓麯線波動大,說明變頻100%運行時風壓更容易受風量的影響;在大風量情況下,工頻運行相對于變頻100%運行節能,最大節電率達到3.756%;工頻運行時的效率高于變頻100%運行時的效率,且兩者的最大效率值相差2.93%.

In view of the fan energy saving problem,this paper adopts the experiment system of the mine main fans developed by the researchers,and determines that the K45 -4 -№9 /18.5kW axial flow fan performance parameters of main fan under frequency and power frequency is 50 Hz.It uses the software analysis of experimental data and drawing fan performance curve.Results show that the main fan in the frequency conversion 100% and power frequency in both cases run is broadly in line with a fan performance curve;frequency conversion 100% air volume and air pressure curve at runtime is bigger than runtime power frequency curve fluctuations,illustrate air pressure of frequency conversion 100% is more susceptible to the influence of the air;under the condition of large air volume,it runs the power frequency relative to the frequency conversion 100% energy -saving operation,the biggest power saving rata reaches 3.756%;power frequency efficiency is higher than the efficiency of the frequency conversion 100%,and the maximum efficiency of the difference is between the value of 2.93%.
