根据激光诱导荧光检测机理设计一种基于嵌入式光纤微流体检测芯片,结合船舶生活污水中致病菌及嵌入式光纤尺寸特性确定芯片尺寸。根据驱动聚集理论分析得出影响检测芯片聚集效果的三个因素,并利用FLUENT仿真软件对理论分析得到的影响因素进行仿真。对检测芯片聚集效果进行实验,结合荧光检测光纤尺寸特性得出检测芯片的最佳尺寸,可为实现大肠杆菌的快速检测提供有力的技术支持。
根據激光誘導熒光檢測機理設計一種基于嵌入式光纖微流體檢測芯片,結閤船舶生活汙水中緻病菌及嵌入式光纖呎吋特性確定芯片呎吋。根據驅動聚集理論分析得齣影響檢測芯片聚集效果的三箇因素,併利用FLUENT倣真軟件對理論分析得到的影響因素進行倣真。對檢測芯片聚集效果進行實驗,結閤熒光檢測光纖呎吋特性得齣檢測芯片的最佳呎吋,可為實現大腸桿菌的快速檢測提供有力的技術支持。

The paper designed a microfluidic chip with embed-ded etched optic fibers based on the laser-induced fluores-cence detection principle , and the size of the detection chip was determined based on the size characteristics of pathogenic bacteria in ship sewage and optic fiber .The three factors which influenced the aggregation effect were obtained based on the driven gathered theory , and simulations for the above three factors were carried out with the FLUENT simulation software.The aggregation experiments with the detection chip were performed , and the optimal size of the detection chip was got according to the optical fiber size characteristics , which can provide a strong technical support for rapid detection of E.coli.
