为研究油船舷侧局部结构的破坏机理,建立冗余度评估方法,预报油船舷侧局部结构失效后的安全性。基于冗余技术的并行原理,在三舱段分析模型的基础上,进行油船舷侧局部结构失效路径判断,并基于后屈曲理论和非线性有限元方法,应用储备冗余度因子作为结构冗余度的表达形式,对油船舷侧局部结构冗余度进行研究。结果表明:初步得到油船舷侧局部结构的失效路径符合实际,其中舷侧横框架失效,会随即引起舷侧结构整体失效,需要引起关注;目标船的舷侧局部结构冗余度计算结果不满足要求,与本文失效路径判断结果一致。

To study the damage mechanism of oil tanker side shell structure , the paper established the evaluation methods of redundancy so as to predict the oil tanker ’ s safety after the failure of oil side shell structure .The failure path of the side shell structure of oil tanker was analyzed based on the parallel principle of redundancy technology and the analysis model of three compartments .The redundancy of the side shell struc-ture was investigated by using the redundancy reserve factor based on the post-buckling theory and nonlinear finite element method.Results show that the two failure paths conform to the actual situation , and the frame failure can lead to the overall structural failure which should pay more attention to .And the results of the redundancy of the side shell structure of target ship can do meet the requirement which is consistent with the results of failure path judgment .
