研究了用硫酸从废旧镍氢电池负极材料中浸出镍、钴及稀土。试验结果表明:高温热浸条件下,镍、钴浸出率较高,稀土浸出率较低;低温冷浸条件下,稀土得到有效回收。此工艺较简单,可实现镍、钴与稀土的有效分离。
研究瞭用硫痠從廢舊鎳氫電池負極材料中浸齣鎳、鈷及稀土。試驗結果錶明:高溫熱浸條件下,鎳、鈷浸齣率較高,稀土浸齣率較低;低溫冷浸條件下,稀土得到有效迴收。此工藝較簡單,可實現鎳、鈷與稀土的有效分離。
연구료용류산종폐구얼경전지부겁재료중침출얼、고급희토。시험결과표명:고온열침조건하,얼、고침출솔교고,희토침출솔교저;저온랭침조건하,희토득도유효회수。차공예교간단,가실현얼、고여희토적유효분리。
Leaching of Ni ,Co and RE from waste Ni‐M H battery negative electrode was studied .The key factors of affecting leaching of metals were determined by experiments .The results show that the higher leaching rate of nickel and cobalt are obtained at the conditions of high temperature ,and the higher leaching rate of rare earth is obtained at the condition of low temperature after leaching of nickel and cobalt .The process is simple and can separate nickel ,cobalt and rare earth effectively from waste Ni‐M H batter negative electrode materials .
