采用铜萃余液从紫金山低品位次生硫化铜矿石中柱浸铜,研究了溶液pH、温度及铁质量浓度等因素对铜、铁浸出的影响。试验结果表明,生物浸出过程中,铜、铁的浸出行为存在差异,铜先于铁被快速浸出,浸出后期铜浸出率增幅较小,铁浸出率快速升高。推荐的既有利于铜浸出又相对抑制铁浸出的最佳条件为:浸出温度60℃,溶液pH1.6~1.8,铁质量浓度2~5g/L。最佳条件下,铜浸出率达90%以上。也提出了工业生产工艺优化措施。

Column bio‐leaching of low‐grade sulfide core from Zijinshan copper mine using copper raffinate as lixiviant was studied .The influences of pH ,temperature and iron concentration on leaching of copper and dissolution of iron w ere examined .T he results show that copper is preferentially leached compared with iron .It was observed that leaching of copper increase rapidly at leaching initial stage . Under the condition of 60 ℃ ,pH of 1 .6-1 .8 ,iron concentrations of 2-5 g/L ,copper leaching reaches 90% and leaching of iron is controlled through precipitating Fe(Ⅲ) as jarosite .
