研究了难浸金矿的次氯酸钠浸出。采用单因素试验法,考察了NaClO初始浓度、NaOH初始浓度、浸出温度、浸出时间等因素对金浸出率的影响,确定了最佳浸出条件。试验结果表明,在次氯酸钠初始浓度为0.35 mol/L、氢氧化钠初始浓度为1.4 mol/L、浸出温度为30℃、浸出时间为4 h最佳条件下,金浸出率可达80%。
研究瞭難浸金礦的次氯痠鈉浸齣。採用單因素試驗法,攷察瞭NaClO初始濃度、NaOH初始濃度、浸齣溫度、浸齣時間等因素對金浸齣率的影響,確定瞭最佳浸齣條件。試驗結果錶明,在次氯痠鈉初始濃度為0.35 mol/L、氫氧化鈉初始濃度為1.4 mol/L、浸齣溫度為30℃、浸齣時間為4 h最佳條件下,金浸齣率可達80%。

In this paper ,leaching of gold using sodium hypochlorite from a refractory gold ore was studied .Effects of NaClO initial concentration ,NaO H initial concentration ,leaching temperature and leaching time on leaching rate of gold were examined ,the optimum leaching conditions were determined .The results show that at the optimum conditions of sodium hypochlorite initial concentration of 0 .4 mol/L ,sodium hydroxide initial concentration of 1 .4 mol/L ,leaching temperature of 30 ℃ and leaching time of 4 h ,the leaching rate of gold can reach 80% .
