永磁电机常采用线圈电动势星形图来确定绕组分相与连接方式,本文提出一种基于Excel的计算方法,快速确定端部非重叠集中绕组永磁电机的绕组连接,既适用于直线式结构,也适用于旋转式结构。该方法成功应用于永磁直线电机绕组连接的课堂教学中,计算方法简单直观,给学生确定绕组提供了有效的方法。

PM linear motors usually adopt EMF star graph to decide winding phase separation and connection mode. This paper proposes a fast calculation method by adopting EXCEL in order to quickly complete winding connection of PM motors with end non-overlapping concentrated winding,which is suitable to both linear format and rotatory format. This method is successfully applied in teaching course of winding connection for PM linear motor. It is sim-ple,intuitive and an effective method of winding connection for students.
