目前市场上的激光倍频技术相关教学实验设备均以倍频输出绿光为主。本文介绍了一种腔内倍频红光固体激光实验装置的设计方法。采用平凹腔,通过808nm红外光端面泵浦掺钕钒酸钇(Nd:YVO4)激光晶体输出1342nm的红外激光,再通过腔内倍频表面镀1342nm和671nm增透膜的磷酸氧钛钾(KTP)倍频晶体,得到671nm的红光激光。
目前市場上的激光倍頻技術相關教學實驗設備均以倍頻輸齣綠光為主。本文介紹瞭一種腔內倍頻紅光固體激光實驗裝置的設計方法。採用平凹腔,通過808nm紅外光耑麵泵浦摻釹釩痠釔(Nd:YVO4)激光晶體輸齣1342nm的紅外激光,再通過腔內倍頻錶麵鍍1342nm和671nm增透膜的燐痠氧鈦鉀(KTP)倍頻晶體,得到671nm的紅光激光。

Currently related teaching laboratory equipments on the market are mainly green laser. This paper pres-ents the design of red solid laser experiment equipment using intracavity frequency doubling technology. Using pla-no-concave cavity and 808nm infrared laser,end-pumped neodymium-doped yttrium vanadate(Nd:YVO4)laser crystal output 1342nm infrared laser. And then intracavity frequency doubling output 671nm red laser,by KTP fre-quency doubling crystal which surface plated 1342nm and 671nm antireflection film.
