肉鸭产业在我国南方畜牧业经济中的重要地位逐渐凸显，对促进畜牧业健康发展和农民增收具有重要作用。本文针对目前南方肉鸭产业所存在的问题，构建包含种苗繁育、饲料营养、生态养殖、疾病防控、屠宰加工、远程疾病诊断、循环利用、产业化基地建设、管理制度等9个方面的南方优质肉鸭种苗产业体系与关键技术的集成推广，建立完善的肉鸭产业链，推进南方优质肉鸭持续健康稳定发展。
육압산업재아국남방축목업경제중적중요지위축점철현，대촉진축목업건강발전화농민증수구유중요작용。본문침대목전남방육압산업소존재적문제，구건포함충묘번육、사료영양、생태양식、질병방공、도재가공、원정질병진단、순배이용、산업화기지건설、관리제도등9개방면적남방우질육압충묘산업체계여관건기술적집성추엄，건립완선적육압산업련，추진남방우질육압지속건강은정발전。
The important status of meat duck industry in southern China animal husbandry economy increasingly prominent. It has very important significance to grow the income of farmers and promote the healthy development of animal husbandry.According to the current problems of duck industry in southern China,this paper builds a seed industry system of southern high-quality meat duck and promotes its key technology in 9 aspects including seedling propagation, feed nutrient, eco-breeding, disease prevention and control, slaughter and processing, remote diagnosis, recycling, industrial base construction, management system etc. This paper is also aimed at establishing the duck industry chain and promoting the healthy development of high-quality meat duck.
