为掌握厦门市宠物犬狂犬病感染和免疫情况，厦门市动物疫病预防控制中心于2013年8月对厦门市宠物犬进行了狂犬病血清学调查。结果显示：抽检的145份犬血清样品中，检出疑似狂犬病阳性犬4只，同时在流浪犬中也检测到抗体阳性犬4只；在已免疫狂犬病疫苗的86只犬中，有3只是新办证免疫的宠物犬，免疫率为82.7%，免疫抗体合格率为56.6%，疫苗接种频率与抗体保护水平显著关联，免疫接种超过1次的犬只，抗体保护水平是免疫接种1次的犬只的3倍（P＜0.05）。
위장악하문시총물견광견병감염화면역정황，하문시동물역병예방공제중심우2013년8월대하문시총물견진행료광견병혈청학조사。결과현시：추검적145빈견혈청양품중，검출의사광견병양성견4지，동시재류랑견중야검측도항체양성견4지；재이면역광견병역묘적86지견중，유3지시신판증면역적총물견，면역솔위82.7%，면역항체합격솔위56.6%，역묘접충빈솔여항체보호수평현저관련，면역접충초과1차적견지，항체보호수평시면역접충1차적견지적3배（P＜0.05）。
To grasp the situation of pet dog rabies infections and immunization in Xiamen City, XMACDC has carried out serological investigations on pet dog rabies in Aug 2013, Xiamen City. The results were showed that among the 145 dogs involved in the sample investigation, four suspected positive rabies dogs were detected, and four homeless dogs were detected with positive antibody. 83 dogs had rabies vaccine and 3 other dogs were newly certificated and had vaccine. The total immunization rate was 82.7%, 56.6% of the immunity has met the standards. The vaccination frequency is highly relative to antibody protection level. The dogs with more than once vaccination has three times the antibody protection level of that of the dogs with only once vaccination (P<0.05).
