目的：分析中晚期CKD患者腹主动脉钙化的发生情况和危险因素。方法：63例透析及非透析CKD患者进行腹部侧位片的检查，分析腹主动脉钙化发生情况及影响因素。结果：中晚期CKD患者腹主动脉钙化发生率为54%；腹主动脉钙化与年龄、血磷水平、钙磷乘积和低密度脂蛋白水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论：中晚期CKD患者腹主动脉钙化高发，远端起病，年龄、血脂、钙磷水平影响其程度。
목적：분석중만기CKD환자복주동맥개화적발생정황화위험인소。방법：63례투석급비투석CKD환자진행복부측위편적검사，분석복주동맥개화발생정황급영향인소。결과：중만기CKD환자복주동맥개화발생솔위54%；복주동맥개화여년령、혈린수평、개린승적화저밀도지단백수평정정상관(P<0.05)。결론：중만기CKD환자복주동맥개화고발，원단기병，년령、혈지、개린수평영향기정도。
Objective:To analysis the occurrence of abdominal aorta calcification in advanced CKD patients, and to clear its risk factors. Methods:Lateral radiographs of the abdomen, echocardiography, carotid ultrasound examination were done in 63 cases of dialysis and non-dialysis patients. The occurrence and risk factors of abdominal aortic calcification and the relationship with carotid atherosclerosis were investigated. Results:The abdominal aortic calcification score ( AAC) was positively correlated with age, serum phosphate levels and calcium-phosphorus product and LDL levels (P<0. 05). AAC was positively correlated with left atrial antero-posterior diameter(LAD), PASP and IMT(P<0. 05), and was negatively correlated with EF and FS. Conclusion:The Incidence of abdominal aortic calcification was 54% in the CKD patients, IMT and EF was independent risk factors with abdominal aortic calcifica-tion severity for CKD patients.
