利用苯甲酰氯对超支化聚(酰胺-酯)端羟基修饰,合成了一种新型的以超支化聚(酰胺-酯)为亲水核,苯环为疏水壳的两亲性超支化聚(酰胺-酯)。此两亲性超支化聚合物在0.125~0.5g/L的浓度范围内能够以单分子胶束形式将甲基橙(MO)从水相转移到二氯甲烷相,转移是个动态平衡过程,呈现前快后慢的趋势,22h后转移量达到95%,转移后的甲基橙也可以被可逆释放到二氯甲烷相。此外,对甲基橙和甲基蓝(MB)的双染料转移,表明少量甲基蓝分子的存在可以使甲基橙的转移量大大增加,起到了协同转移作用。
利用苯甲酰氯對超支化聚(酰胺-酯)耑羥基脩飾,閤成瞭一種新型的以超支化聚(酰胺-酯)為親水覈,苯環為疏水殼的兩親性超支化聚(酰胺-酯)。此兩親性超支化聚閤物在0.125~0.5g/L的濃度範圍內能夠以單分子膠束形式將甲基橙(MO)從水相轉移到二氯甲烷相,轉移是箇動態平衡過程,呈現前快後慢的趨勢,22h後轉移量達到95%,轉移後的甲基橙也可以被可逆釋放到二氯甲烷相。此外,對甲基橙和甲基藍(MB)的雙染料轉移,錶明少量甲基藍分子的存在可以使甲基橙的轉移量大大增加,起到瞭協同轉移作用。

A novel amphiphilic polymer (HPAEB) was obtained by reaction between hyperbranched poly(amide- ester) (HPAE) and benzoyl chloride in the presence of Et3 N. The as-prepared polymer consisted of HPAE as the hydrophiphilic core and the end benzoyl units as the hydrophobic shell. This polymer, which could form unimolecular micelles in dichloromethane at 0. 125-0.5g/L concentration, could successfully transfer MO from aqueous layer to organic layer. The encapsulation was a dynamic equilibrium process and 95% MO was trans- ferred after 22 h. Note that the transferred MO could also be released from aqueous solution to organic layer. In addition, the double-dye transfer experiment confirmed that more MO could be transferred into dichloromethane solution in the presence of MB.
