The contact resistance between the carbon fiber monofilament before and after loading under micro- meter scale was discussed. With taking the experiments of mechanical resistance and tunnel effect, contact re- sistance with two adjacent fibers had different corresponding style to the loading within different loading proce- dure. In the first procedure the contact resistance decreased linearly with larger tension strain. In the second procedure the contact resistance which was caused by tunnel effect becomes higher with larger tension.
