对磷酸镁水泥在不同温度处理下的表观形貌、体积收缩率和抗压强度进行了研究,并通过XRD、SEM对各个温度阶段的物相及微观形貌进行了分析,利用TG-DSC研究了加热过程中的质量变化和所产生的热效应。结果表明,在200℃以下,磷酸镁水泥强度减小较大;在400~800℃之间,强度变化相对较小;在更高的温度下,由于烧结现象的出现,磷酸镁水泥的强度甚至有所增长;当温度达到1400℃,磷酸镁水泥的整体结构仍然保持完整,但体积则发生了较大的收缩。磷酸镁水泥具有良好的高温稳定性。
對燐痠鎂水泥在不同溫度處理下的錶觀形貌、體積收縮率和抗壓彊度進行瞭研究,併通過XRD、SEM對各箇溫度階段的物相及微觀形貌進行瞭分析,利用TG-DSC研究瞭加熱過程中的質量變化和所產生的熱效應。結果錶明,在200℃以下,燐痠鎂水泥彊度減小較大;在400~800℃之間,彊度變化相對較小;在更高的溫度下,由于燒結現象的齣現,燐痠鎂水泥的彊度甚至有所增長;噹溫度達到1400℃,燐痠鎂水泥的整體結構仍然保持完整,但體積則髮生瞭較大的收縮。燐痠鎂水泥具有良好的高溫穩定性。

Apparent morphological, volume shrinkage and compressive strength of after different temperature treatment were studied, as well as using XRD and SEM to study phases and microstructure of samples, TG-DSC to study the quality change and thermal effects during heating. Results indicate, compressive strength of magnesium phosphate cement reduces large when heating to 200°C, the strength of samples changes were relatively small between 400-800°C. The strength of magnesium phosphate cement increased even when temperatures reach 1400°C since sintering phenomena appear. Magnesium phosphate cement structure remains intact among the whole temperature range, but there have been larger change in the volume shrinkage. Magnesium phosphate cement has a good thermal stability.
