室温下通过NaBH4还原FeCl2溶液,在实验过程中加入聚丙烯酸(PAA)作为表面活性剂,制备了粒径大小为3~5nm的Fe纳米颗粒,并在不同温度下对得到的颗粒进行退火。对比了在不同温度下退火对样品的结构及磁性能的影响。结果表明,通过化学还原法制备的Fe纳米颗粒为非晶态,其磁性表现为超顺磁和铁磁的混磁态,随着退火温度的增加Fe纳米颗粒的晶化程度越来越高,其饱和磁化强度和矫顽力逐渐增大,磁性由混磁态逐渐向铁磁态转变。
室溫下通過NaBH4還原FeCl2溶液,在實驗過程中加入聚丙烯痠(PAA)作為錶麵活性劑,製備瞭粒徑大小為3~5nm的Fe納米顆粒,併在不同溫度下對得到的顆粒進行退火。對比瞭在不同溫度下退火對樣品的結構及磁性能的影響。結果錶明,通過化學還原法製備的Fe納米顆粒為非晶態,其磁性錶現為超順磁和鐵磁的混磁態,隨著退火溫度的增加Fe納米顆粒的晶化程度越來越高,其飽和磁化彊度和矯頑力逐漸增大,磁性由混磁態逐漸嚮鐵磁態轉變。

Fe nanoparticles were prepared by chemical reduction method. The precursor of FeC12 was reducing by NaBH4 at room temperature. During the reaction, polyacrylic acid (PAA) was added to the reagent as the surfactant. The nanoparticle size is shaped in the range of 3-Snm when the pH of the reagent is 6. The nanoparticles were then annealed at different temperature in Ar. The influence of annealing temperature on the structure and magnetic properties of Fe nanoparticles were studied. As a result,the Fe nanoparticles which prepared by chemical reduction method are almost amorphous. The magnetic characteristic of the Fe nanoparticles is metamagnetic which consists of superparamagnetic and ferromagnetic. Crystalline degree of Fe nanoparticles are improved as the annealing temperature increase. The magnetic characteristic of Fe nanoparticles is gradually transformed from metamagnetic to the ferromagnetic.
