用Helmhohz线圈测量了烧结Nd-Fe-B小立方磁体组合成大组件磁体的总磁矩,实验结果表明,高取向烧结NdFe-B磁体的有效宏观磁矩符合矢量线性叠加原理。烧结Nd-Fe-B磁体的取向度越高磁矩角度差越小,但磁矩角度差小的磁体其取向度不一定高。同时利用有限元方法计算了Halbach阵列的磁力线分布。

The total magnetic moments of the magnet assembly constructed of cubic sub-magnets with various moment directions were measured by Helmholtz coil. Results indicated that macro effective magnetic moments of the fully-aligned sintered Nd-Fe-h magnet obeyed the linear superposition principle. The sintered Nd-Fe-B magnets with good alignment exhibited the smaller angle error of magnetic moment. However, the smaller an gle error of magnetic moment measured did not mean the higher alignment degree. The distribution of magnetic flux for Halbach array was calculated by finite element method.
