用球磨工艺制备CeMg12+100%Ni电极合金,研究了球磨工艺对合金结构及电化学性能的影响。结果表明球磨CeMg12+100%Ni合金具有非晶纳米晶结构,由Mg2Ni相以及Ni相组成,其含量随球磨时间的延长而增加,这在一定程度上改善了合金的电化学放电性能。球磨非晶纳米晶具有较好的结构稳定性,在吸氢后形成的氢化物相仍保持非晶纳米晶尺度,这有利于降低氢化物的热稳定性,改善电化学放电性能。
用毬磨工藝製備CeMg12+100%Ni電極閤金,研究瞭毬磨工藝對閤金結構及電化學性能的影響。結果錶明毬磨CeMg12+100%Ni閤金具有非晶納米晶結構,由Mg2Ni相以及Ni相組成,其含量隨毬磨時間的延長而增加,這在一定程度上改善瞭閤金的電化學放電性能。毬磨非晶納米晶具有較好的結構穩定性,在吸氫後形成的氫化物相仍保持非晶納米晶呎度,這有利于降低氫化物的熱穩定性,改善電化學放電性能。

The CeMg12+100%Ni alloy samples were prepared by ball milling technology.The effects of ball-milled technology on microstructure and electrochemical performances of the alloys were investigated in detail.The results showed that the milled CeMg12+100%Ni alloys with nanocrystalline and amorphous structure consisted of Mg2Ni phase and Ni phase,the amount of phase increased with prolonging ball-milling duration,which improved electrochemical discharge capacity to a certain extent.On the other hand,the ball milling nanocrystalline and amorphous possessed good structural stability,the hydride phase after absorbing hydrogen kept nanocrystalline and amorphous scale,which reduced hydride thermal stability to some degree,ameliorating electrochemical discharge ability markedly.
