报道了聚噻吩(P3HT(poly(3-hexylthio—phene))及P3HT与C㈤的衍生物PCBM(6,6-phenyl C61-butyric acid methylester)共混体系的光致发光现象,分析了不同温度热处理对聚噻吩(P3HT)与C60的衍生物PCBM共混体系薄膜的光致发光谱的影响。结果表明,随着热处理温度的升高,P3HT:PCBM共混体系所成膜的峰强度增大,当温度升高至130℃时,共混膜的光致发光谱峰的强度趋于最大,这说明热处理有利于共混体系中高分子链的有序排列。
報道瞭聚噻吩(P3HT(poly(3-hexylthio—phene))及P3HT與C㈤的衍生物PCBM(6,6-phenyl C61-butyric acid methylester)共混體繫的光緻髮光現象,分析瞭不同溫度熱處理對聚噻吩(P3HT)與C60的衍生物PCBM共混體繫薄膜的光緻髮光譜的影響。結果錶明,隨著熱處理溫度的升高,P3HT:PCBM共混體繫所成膜的峰彊度增大,噹溫度升高至130℃時,共混膜的光緻髮光譜峰的彊度趨于最大,這說明熱處理有利于共混體繫中高分子鏈的有序排列。

The phenomance of photoluminescence spectra of poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) and P3 HT : (6,6)- phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) blend systems was reported. The effect of various annealing treatment on the photoluminescence spectra of poly (3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) (6,6)-phenyl-C61 butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) was analyzed, photoluminescence (PL) spectra of blend films showed the PL intensi ty the blend of P3HT: PCBM increase with the increasing of temperature of thermal annealing. At the annea ling temperature 130℃, the peak intensity of photoluminescence spectra of blend films tended to the maximum, which shows that annealing treatment benefits ordered arrangement of polymer chains in the blend films.
