采用化学共沉淀法合成了纳米级NiCo2O4/C复合材料,并以X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对样品进行了结构和形貌的表征,结果表明,合成的复合材料为立方尖晶石结构,其粒径大小为30~40nm,颗粒呈球形且分布均匀。循环伏安(CV)、恒电流充放电测试表明,NiCo2O4/C复合材料在6mol/LKOH水系电解液中表现出优异的超级电容特征,在0~0.9V的电位范围内,NiCo2O4/C电极材料比电容量可高达290.49F/g,并具有良好的可逆性和优异的循环性能。
採用化學共沉澱法閤成瞭納米級NiCo2O4/C複閤材料,併以X射線衍射(XRD)、掃描電鏡(SEM)對樣品進行瞭結構和形貌的錶徵,結果錶明,閤成的複閤材料為立方尖晶石結構,其粒徑大小為30~40nm,顆粒呈毬形且分佈均勻。循環伏安(CV)、恆電流充放電測試錶明,NiCo2O4/C複閤材料在6mol/LKOH水繫電解液中錶現齣優異的超級電容特徵,在0~0.9V的電位範圍內,NiCo2O4/C電極材料比電容量可高達290.49F/g,併具有良好的可逆性和優異的循環性能。

NiCo2O4/C nanoparticles were prepared by Solid phase sintering method. The structure of synthesized NiCo2O4/C was characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), which shows the material belongs to cubic spinel structure. The morphology of NiCo2O4/C C by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was proved to be a spherical particle with a uniform size distribution, and the particle size of grain was in the range of 30 to 40nm. The electrochemical performances of NiCo2 O4/C electrodes were investigated by cyclic vohammetry and galvanostatic charge/discharge testing in 6mol/L KOH solution. The results showed that the specific discharge capacitance of NiCo2O4/C electrode was 290.49F/g between 0 and 0.9V potential at 50mA/g current density.
