采用水热法添加不同的表面活性剂合成了NaYF4∶Yb,Er(Tm),并借助XRD、TEM、FT-IR、上转换发光谱对合成样品的物相、形貌、表面包覆情况、上转换发光强度等进行了分析。结果表明在相同的温度、时间条件下合成样品的物相均为六方相;添加不同表面活性剂所合成样品的形貌各不相同,可以通过控制添加表面活性剂的种类、剂量等条件调控晶体的生长。添加柠檬酸所合成的样品的上转换发光强度较高。
採用水熱法添加不同的錶麵活性劑閤成瞭NaYF4∶Yb,Er(Tm),併藉助XRD、TEM、FT-IR、上轉換髮光譜對閤成樣品的物相、形貌、錶麵包覆情況、上轉換髮光彊度等進行瞭分析。結果錶明在相同的溫度、時間條件下閤成樣品的物相均為六方相;添加不同錶麵活性劑所閤成樣品的形貌各不相同,可以通過控製添加錶麵活性劑的種類、劑量等條件調控晶體的生長。添加檸檬痠所閤成的樣品的上轉換髮光彊度較高。
채용수열법첨가불동적표면활성제합성료NaYF4∶Yb,Er(Tm),병차조XRD、TEM、FT-IR、상전환발광보대합성양품적물상、형모、표면포복정황、상전환발광강도등진행료분석。결과표명재상동적온도、시간조건하합성양품적물상균위륙방상;첨가불동표면활성제소합성양품적형모각불상동,가이통과공제첨가표면활성제적충류、제량등조건조공정체적생장。첨가저몽산소합성적양품적상전환발광강도교고。
Hydrothermal method was used to prepare NaYF4∶Yb,Er(Tm) by adding different surfactants and the samples were characterized by means of XRD,TEM,FT-IR and up-conversion luminescence spectrum to analysis its physical phase,morphology,surface and the intensity of up-conversion luminescence.the results showed that the samples were all hexagonal phase under the equivalent reactive temperature and time condition;The morphology of the samples were different from each other by adding different surfactants,we could tailor the growth of crystal by controlling the type and dose of added surfactants.The sample with citric acid as surfactant exhibited the highest intensity of up-conversion luminescence.
