目的:探讨射频热凝辅助治疗系统结合神经导航在切除颅内巨大富血供肿瘤手术中的作用。方法观察13例颅内巨大富血供肿瘤手术中,在神经导航系统的指引下,准确确定热凝部位,两者辅助下,显微手术切除巨大肿瘤,总结定位的准确性及治疗效果。结果13例颅内巨大富血供肿瘤,全切除9例,次全切除3例,部分切除1例,术中输血1例,输血600 ml,余病例未输血,无死亡病例。结论使用神经导航系统,术前可评价颅内肿瘤情况,术中可动态跟踪并实时导航,在其辅助下,射频热凝定位更加准确、可靠,有助于肿瘤全切除及降低手术并发症。
目的:探討射頻熱凝輔助治療繫統結閤神經導航在切除顱內巨大富血供腫瘤手術中的作用。方法觀察13例顱內巨大富血供腫瘤手術中,在神經導航繫統的指引下,準確確定熱凝部位,兩者輔助下,顯微手術切除巨大腫瘤,總結定位的準確性及治療效果。結果13例顱內巨大富血供腫瘤,全切除9例,次全切除3例,部分切除1例,術中輸血1例,輸血600 ml,餘病例未輸血,無死亡病例。結論使用神經導航繫統,術前可評價顱內腫瘤情況,術中可動態跟蹤併實時導航,在其輔助下,射頻熱凝定位更加準確、可靠,有助于腫瘤全切除及降低手術併髮癥。
목적:탐토사빈열응보조치료계통결합신경도항재절제로내거대부혈공종류수술중적작용。방법관찰13례로내거대부혈공종류수술중,재신경도항계통적지인하,준학학정열응부위,량자보조하,현미수술절제거대종류,총결정위적준학성급치료효과。결과13례로내거대부혈공종류,전절제9례,차전절제3례,부분절제1례,술중수혈1례,수혈600 ml,여병례미수혈,무사망병례。결론사용신경도항계통,술전가평개로내종류정황,술중가동태근종병실시도항,재기보조하,사빈열응정위경가준학、가고,유조우종류전절제급강저수술병발증。
Objective To investigate the role of radiofrequency thermocoagulation treatment system combined with neuronavigation in resection of giant intracranial hypervascular tumors. Methods 13 patients with giant intracranial hypervascular tumors were microsurgically resected with thermocoagulation treatment system under the guidance of the neuronavigation system which accurately determined the coagulation area.Summarizing the positioning accuracy assisted by the neuronavigation and the effect of treatment.Results Of 13 patients with giant intracranial hypervascular tumors, total lesions removal were achieved in 9, subtotoal removal in 3 and partial resection in 1.Blood transfusion was performed in 1 case with 600 ml and none in the other cases. No dead case occurred.Conclusion The neuronavigation system can provide preoperative evaluation of intracranial tumors and the real-time navigation in the operation.With its guidance, the radiofrequency thermocoagulation positioning could be more accurate and reliable, which contribute to the total tumor resection and reducing operation complications.
