目的：了解癫痫患者认知功能状况变化及影响因素。方法应用简明精神状况量表（ MMSE）对75例癫痫患者进行认知功能评定，以年龄、性别、受教育程度相匹配的75例健康者志愿者作为正常对照。并分析相关影响因素。结果与对照组相比，癫痫患者MMSE评分明显下降（P＜0．01）。癫痫患者认知功能障碍与初发年龄、发作频率、发作类型及用药种类多少具有明显相关性。结论癫痫患者存在认知功能下降，初发年龄、发作频率、发作类型及用药种类影响患者认知功能。
목적：료해전간환자인지공능상황변화급영향인소。방법응용간명정신상황량표（ MMSE）대75례전간환자진행인지공능평정，이년령、성별、수교육정도상필배적75례건강자지원자작위정상대조。병분석상관영향인소。결과여대조조상비，전간환자MMSE평분명현하강（P＜0．01）。전간환자인지공능장애여초발년령、발작빈솔、발작류형급용약충류다소구유명현상관성。결론전간환자존재인지공능하강，초발년령、발작빈솔、발작류형급용약충류영향환자인지공능。
Objective To evaluate the cognitive function and explore the risk factors for patients with epilepsy.Methods 75 patients with epilepsy and 75 healthy controls with age, gender and education matched were arranged for Mini-Mental State Examination ( MMSE ) .The cognitive dysfunction and its related risk factors were analyzed.Results Compared with the control group, the MMSE scores of patients with epilepsy decreased significantly ( P<0 .01 ) .Cognitive dysfunction in patients with epilepsy had obvious relevance with the age of onset, duration of the disease, frequency of seizures attack before medication, types of seizure and types of medication.Conclusion The epileptic patients had cognitive function deficit, the influencing factors may include the age of onset, duration of the disease, seizure frequency before medication, types of seizure and types of medication.
