以江门市常见的既有住宅类型为研究对象，利用天正节能计算软件进行模拟计算，分析了该类型建筑围护结构整体的节能潜力，分别对屋面、外墙、外窗不同节能改造措施的节能效果进行研究，并从技术特点、改造成本上对节能改造措施进行对比分析，讨论了各围护结构的最佳节能改造措施。
以江門市常見的既有住宅類型為研究對象，利用天正節能計算軟件進行模擬計算，分析瞭該類型建築圍護結構整體的節能潛力，分彆對屋麵、外牆、外窗不同節能改造措施的節能效果進行研究，併從技術特點、改造成本上對節能改造措施進行對比分析，討論瞭各圍護結構的最佳節能改造措施。

Taking the common type of residential structures in Jiangmen as the research object, we conduct simulation calculations using the software TBEC8.0, analyze the energy-saving potential of the envelop enclosure of the structures, study the effect of energy-saving measures taken to roofing, outer walls, and exterior windows, make a comparative study of the energy-saving measures from the angle of technical characteristics and renovation costs, and discuss the optimal energy-saving measures for various envelop enclosures.
