统计数据质量评估是数据质量管理的核心，是提升统计数据质量的有效手段。近年来，由于欧盟、美国等全球性金融风险的发生，数据质量评估的重要性凸显。虽然我国金融体系不断与国际接轨，于2002年4月15日正式加入数据公布通用系统(GDDS)，但目前中国统计数据质量评估体系建设尚处于探索阶段，统计数据质量主要由统计人员凭借自身的经验或利用历史数据的发展趋势加以判断。本文通过研究比较当前国际统计数据质量评估框架、国际组织和统计机构的数据质量评估的理论方法及实践，对进一步提高我国金融统计数据质量、建立健全数据质量评估框架提出了建议。

The statistical data quality assessment is not only the core of the data quality management, but also an effective method of improving the statistical data quality. In recent years, the global financial risks caused by Europe and America have highlighted the importance of the data quality assessment. Although China’s financial system has joined into the international system, that is China joined in the general data dissemination system (GDDS) on April 15, 2002, the current China’s statistical data quality assessment sys-tem is still in the stage of exploration, and statistical data quality is mainly judged by the statistician with their own experience or using the development trend of historical data. By comparing the current international statistical data quality assessment framework, and the theory, methods and practice of the statistics data quality assessment of the international organizations and statistical institutions, the paper gives the suggestion on further improving the data quality of China’s financial statistics and establishing the data quality assess-ment framework.
