Since the 3rd Plenary Session of 16th CPC Central Committee, the CPC central committee and the state council have at-tached great importance to the social credit system construction. Combined with the newly issued Social Credit System Construction Plan (2014-2020), the paper divides the content of the social credit system construction, analyzes the content and problems of local credit system construction, and puts forward related suggestions.
